This guide is an attempt to consolidate the various arrangements offered to Lesotho in a simple and userfriendly format. It also seeks to sensitise exporters to the countries that offer preferential market access opportunities for products originating from Lesotho, in addition to providing general information on the various arrangements, procedures and requirements to be met in an easily accessible format. Finally, the guide serves as a tool to assist exporters to identify new markets and/or build new linkages.

We have here compiled a dossier of all the commercial legislation in Swaziland up to 30 June 2006. This compendium is meant to be a guide to the commercial legislation in Swaziland. We have endeavoured to highlight in the form of a commentary, the important aspects of each piece of legislation and have given our interpretation to various sections thereof. However, the commentary should not be taken as a substitute to the legislation itself and it is incumbent upon the reader to revisit the actual legislation itself.
