Melinda Packman

Operations Director

Melinda specializes in project management, research and operational support to the development and execution of programs, coordinating all aspects of donor-funded field programs.

She has successfully managed program implementation, designed projects, coordinated volunteers and consultants, and conducted assessments and evaluations. She has excellent communication skills including research, writing, reporting and editing, analyzing technical and non-technical materials, as well as coordinating dissemination efforts. Melinda has worked primarily with community based local NGOs, coordinating with public and private partners in formulating program agendas and activities.

She is familiar with and follows prominent development issues such as trade, gender and economic growth initiatives. She has field experience in Bangladesh, Barbados, Botswana, Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria and South Sudan.
